COVID-19 UPDATE

    • Our fulfillment centers and carriers are open and operational at this time. You may experience temporary delays in the order processing & shipping times as a result of the additional safety measures we are employing to help protect our teams. 
    • Our carriers are maintaining normal delivery operations except where limited by government restrictions.
    • Please refer to the estimated delivery window during checkout for your order. Should anything change, we will email you and keep you in the loop as soon as we receive that information.
    • As a small team (it's 5 of us!), we sincerely appreciate your support, flexibility, and understanding during this time.

 

SHIPPING

Order timing - Domestic:

    • **Please note we are experiencing a high volume and ask that you allow extra time for us to process and send out your orders. Thank you for your support!**
    • Please allow 4-5 business days (Monday-Friday) for order processing time. We are a small business and closed on the weekends!
    • Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for art print deliveries; each art print is made to order.
    • All in-stock items that can travel via UPS or FEDEX ship out within 5-7 business days after the order is processed and arrive within 7-10 business days from the ship date - unless stated otherwise.

     

     Order timing - International:

      • Please allow 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) for order processing time. We are a small business and are closed on the weekends!
      • All in-stock items that can travel via UPS or FEDEX ship out within 5-7 business days after the order is processed.

       

      Packaging:

        • We do our best to use recycled materials when we pack up and ship items, therefor, don't be alarmed if your item arrives in a pre-loved box, or is filled with recycled padding. 

         

        Notifications:

          • When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and later a confirmation when your order has been sent. 
          • All shipping includes delivery confirmation.
          • Items ordered together may not arrive together.

         

          Cost:

            • Unless noted otherwise, buyer pays for shipping.
            • We are unable to refund original shipping charges.
            • Shipping rates are lowest available; we are unable to offer any lower rates than what is listed at checkout.
            • Shipping rates include insurance unless otherwise specified.
            • All orders shipping within the state of California are subject to sales tax.
            • All International orders may be subject to duties and fees which are the responsibility of the receiver. We have many different vendors and packages may be sent separately.
            • Wallpaper, framed artwork, furniture and other bulky or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges. If you'd like a quote before placing your order, please email us.
            • Furniture and oversized items usually travel via freight carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5. Freight companies will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.

           

            RETURNS

            We want you to be happy with your jungalicious purchase! If there's a problem with your order, please email us right away at shop@jungalow.com and we'll do what we can to make it right. Items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or you receive an incorrect item. Though some items are non-returnable, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note:

              • All returns must be completed within 30 days of order date; we are unable to accept any returns past 30 days.
              • All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
              • FINAL SALE items include:
                • Apparel
                • Pillows
                • Bedding
                • Jewelry
                • Curtains
                • Sale items
                • Vintage/one-of-a-kind pieces
                • Art Prints
                • Wallpaper 
              • Customer may be refunded by original form of payment; store credit may be issued.
              • Customer is in charge of shipping costs back to vendor; we do not refund original shipping charges and return shipping charges are the buyers responsibility. 
              • Returns may be subject to restocking fees – rugs have a 20% restocking fee. 

            DAMAGES

              • Damage sometimes occurs in the shipping process, though we do our best to make sure all items arrive in perfect condition. If you happen to receive a damaged item in your order, please do the following:
                • All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.
                • Please save all packaging and email us right away.
              • We will arrange replacement or return of the damaged item.
              • Items noted as 'vintage', 'found', 'handmade' or 'one of a kind' will vary from item to item, and may have imperfections – that's what makes them unique! These imperfections are not considered damage, and these items are sold 'as-is'.
