SHIPPING

      • Timing:
        • Please allow 48 hours for order processing.
        • All in-stock items that can travel via UPS or FEDEX, ship within 5-7 business days and arrive within 7-10 business days from the ship date - unless stated otherwise. If items are delayed, we'll send you an email. Items ordered together may not arrive together.
      • Notifications:
        • When your order is processed, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and later a confirmation when your order has been sent. 
        • All shipping includes delivery confirmation. 
      • Cost:
      • Unless noted otherwise, buyer pays for shipping.
      • We do not refund original shipping charges.
      • Shipping rate includes insurance unless otherwise specified. 
      • All orders shipping within the state of California are subject to sales tax. 
      • All International orders may be subject to duties and fees which are the responsibility of the receiver. We have many different vendors and packages may be sent separately.
      • Wallpaper, framed artwork, furniture and other bulky or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges. If you'd like a quote before placing your order, please email us.
      • Furniture and oversized items usually travel via freight carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9-5. Freight companies will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery date and time that works for you.

 

RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your jungalicious purchase! If there's a problem with your order, please email us right away and we'll do what we can to make it right. Items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or you receive an incorrect item. Though some items are non-returnable, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.  Please note:

  • Pillows, Bedding, Jewelry, Curtains, Sale items, Vintage, and one of a kind pieces, and Art Prints, and Wallpaper are final sale.
  • Art prints and wallpaper are made to order and are non-returnable. If your order arrives defective or damaged, please let us know within 48 hours. 
  • Customer may be refunded by original form of payment; store credit may be issued.
  • Customer is in charge of shipping costs back to vendor; we do not refund original shipping charges and return shipping charges are the buyers responsibility. 
  • Returns may be subject to restocking fees – rugs have a 20% restocking fee
  • We will not accept any returns after 60 days

APPAREL RETURNS

  • Return Instructions: 
    • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Jungalow® will refund or exchange any U.S. purchase sent back (postmarked) within 21 days of the order delivery date. All apparel items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Please email shop@jungalow.com if you have any questions about your return.
  • U.S Customer Returns:
    • Customer is in charge of shipping charges back to Jungalow®, we do not refund original shipping charges. 
    • Jungalow® is not responsible for any parcel that may be lost or damaged during shipment back to our warehouse. Shipping costs will be refunded ONLY if the received item is defective. Jungalow®, has the right to deny refunds if the returned items do not meet our return policy requirements.
    • After 21 days Jungalow® will not accept any apparel returns. 
  • International Returns:
    • Jungalow® will refund any U.S. purchase sent back (postmarked) within 30 days of the order delivery date. All apparel items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Please email shop@jungalow.com if you have any questions about your return.
    • Jungalow® is not responsible for any parcel that may be lost or damaged during shipment back to our warehouse. Shipping costs will be refunded ONLY if the received item is defective. Jungalow®, has the right to deny refunds if the returned items do not meet our return policy requirements.

 

DAMAGES
Damage sometimes occurs in the shipping process, though we do our best to make sure all items arrive in perfect condition. If you happen to receive a damaged item in your order, please do the following:

  • All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Please save all packaging and email us right away.
  • We will arrange replacement or return of the damaged item.
  • Items noted as 'vintage', 'found', 'handmade' or 'one of a kind' will vary from item to item, and may have imperfections – that's what makes them unique! These imperfections are not considered damage, and these items are sold 'as-is'.
