FAQs
Transit time can take up to 7-10 business days from the ship date, depending on your location.
However, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for art prints to print/ship; each art print is made to order.
Please allow up to 5 business days (M-F) for order processing. Once your order ships, tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
Please note that items ordered together may not arrive together. You will receive an email confirmation for each shipment, containing a tracking number for each box. Please allow addition time for all of your orders to arrive. Please note: art prints are made to order and could take an additional 2-3 weeks to arrive.
We do our best to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible and sometimes we are unable to cancel your order if it’s already in the process of being fulfilled. Please email us at support@jungalow.com to request your cancelation and we’ll let you know if we’re able to cancel it for you.
We can assure you that no pricing information will be included on the packing slip! We are unable to offer personalized notes or gift-wrapped packages at this time.
We totally wish we could do that for you, but at the moment, we are unable to offer expedited shipping with our carriers. It's something we definitely hope to offer in the future, though!
Because we work with many different partners that are shipping from various locations, items may be sent in separate shipments.
