RETURNS:

  • A few important things to note for returns: 
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, etc.) with the original packaging intact and any tags attached.
    • All returns must be notified to us within 14 days of shipment delivery date.
    • If a return request is accepted and a refund is authorized, store credit will be issued.
    • Some items in our shop are final sale. Please see the breakdown below for quick reference.

    • Rugs (a 20% restocking fee will apply)

  • Return request process:
    • Please send us an email at support@jungalow.com and include your order number, which item(s) you are requesting to return, and reason(s) for return.
    • If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return address. 
    • You are responsible for packing the returnable items securely and using a shipping service with tracking as Jungalow® is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. You must provide us with your tracking number in order for us to accept the delivery & complete the return.
    • If a return request is accepted and a refund is authorized, store credit will be issued.
    • Damages:
      • Please report any/all damages with your package/order within 48 hours of the delivery date.
      • If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to support@jungalow.com. In the email, please include your order number and pictures of the damaged product and the package in which your order arrived. This will help us make sure our shipping methods are the best we can provide.
