We'll do everything we can on our end to try to get your jungalicious gifts & goodies to you in time for the holidays. Q: WHEN DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER TO MAKE SURE IT ARRIVES BY 12/25? (SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.)
A: Art print orders should be placed by 11/30 to arrive by 12/25. Because all of our art prints are made-to-order, the shipping cut-off date is a little earlier than the rest of the items in our shop. All other in-stock items should be ordered by 12/6. Shop now!

Q: IF I’M SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE U.S., WHEN WOULD I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER TO MAKE SURE IT ARRIVES BY 12/25?
A: We would recommend placing your order as soon as possible to ensure your goodies are delivered to you and your homies in plenty of time! Shop now!
Q: DO YOU HAVE A HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY FOR PURCHASES MADE AFTER A CERTAIN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS?
A: Yes, we do! We offer extended holiday returns until 1/31 for orders placed between 11/1-12/20. Any items purchased after this period will qualify for our standard 30-day return timeframe. Any qualifying returns (non-final sale items, full list below) will be issued as a store credit, so the lucky recipient can apply it to their future jungalicious purchases!
**Store credit does not include original shipping charges and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- FINAL SALE items include: Apparel & accessories (scarves), art prints & original art, bedding, face masks, pillows, sale items, curtains (window & shower), throws & blankets, rug samples, wallpaper and some handmade items (will be noted in the details section in product listing)
Q: I’M ORDERING MULTIPLE ITEMS IN THE SAME ORDER, WILL THEY ALL ARRIVE TOGETHER?
A: Because we work with many different vendors that are shipping from various locations, items may be sent in separate shipments.
Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXPEDITE THE SHIPPING FOR MY ORDER?
A: We totally wish we could do that for you, but at the moment, we are unable to offer expedited shipping with our carriers. It's something we definitely hope to offer in the future, though!
Q: I NEED A GIFT ASAP! WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: No worries, we got you! We offer a great selection of fun e-gift cards (here). As soon as you have purchased the e-gift card, it’s immediately sent to your email address and is ready to be forwarded or printed for your lucky recipient!
Q: DO YOU OFFER PACKING SLIPS WITHOUT PRICING OR GIFT MESSAGING?
A: We can assure you that no pricing information will be included on the packing slip! We are unable to offer personalized notes or gift-wrapped packages at this time.
