Q: WHEN WILL THIS ITEM BE BACK IN STOCK?
A: As soon as we're able to secure a new shipment, we will add a 'notify me when available' option to the product listing. If you click the variant you're looking for, then sign up for notifications, you'll be emailed the moment that the inventory goes live again so you get first dibs! We are unable to provide exact dates of arrival, as we often don't know until it gets closer to the shipment date.
Q: DO YOU OFFER GIFT MESSAGING OR PACKING SLIPS WITHOUT PRICING?
A: We are a small team (it's just 5 of us ladies!) and we ship out some items from our studio & others are drop shipped. Because of that, we're unable to offer personalized notes. However, you are safe in that the packing slip will not contain any pricing information!
Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Yes! We do have select items that are eligible for international shipping. Check out all items eligible for international shipping here! Each product listing has a label to indicate at a quick glance whether or not the item ships within the U.S. or if it's eligible to ship internationally.
Q: HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
A: Shipping is based on the specific items in your cart's weight, dimensions, and location. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for more info.
Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
A: **Please note we are experiencing a high volume and ask that you allow extra time for us to process and send out your orders. Thank you for your support!**
We process orders within 48 hours of being placed Monday–Friday from 9am–5pm. Orders being placed on the weekends will be processed on Monday. All orders are shipped ground. If you need an order expedited, email us and we'll see what we can do.
Q: CAN YOU CANCEL MY ORDER?
A: Yes, we are able to cancel most orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your order is eligible for cancellation.

Q: DO YOU HAVE A STORE?
A: Currently, we do not have a brick and mortar store. You can shop online 24/7 instead!
Q: IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?
A: Absolutely, yes. On any page where you are asked to enter your address, phone number or credit card information, we use a secure server through Shopify that keeps your information safe. Just look for the little lock in your browser window.
