10/26/12So much cuteness I can hardly stand it.

One of the joys of watching our little Ida grow is to start to see how she interact with objects.  She is really captivated by faces and spends time staring at little stuffed animals and objects with bright and contrasting colors.  She loves her little Korugurumi lion made especially for her by the lovely Ana Reis.  Handmade goodies are our favorite.

We are so lucky to have so many creative friends who make her handmade things for her to love, and he-hem look extremely cute in. This paper-machier balloon is from our friend Bekka Palmer. It’s now above her changing table and she ‘coos’ and ‘ah-goos’ at it as we change her.

Her little Oh Joy onsie from our friend Joy is another thing we’re loving right now.  She’s wearing it all the time –trying to get in a lot of wears before she can’t fit into it anymore–she is growing FAST. This is one reason why we love hand-me-downs. We loved receiving hand-me downs from so many friends and family members, and now we are already getting ready to hand-down her first round of clothes because her NB and 0-3 months stuff is already too tiny. Crazy.

So much cuteness. I can hardly stand it.

le sigh….she so beautiful! Not just on the outside but I see that she’s beautiful on the inside to. Her eyes tell me. I agree “she’s cute as the dickens” my grandmother use to say (when she wasn’t cussin’) LOL
